Transit and Walkability
The walkability in this part of the North Shore is pretty good. Good for those who live closer to the main roads, because if you don't, you might be on a bit of a walk to get to any bus routes or shops. This applies mostly to residents in the Northern and Eastern corners of the Indian River. Busses do run along the main roads frequently, but transit is a bit tricky here. Indian River residents who live further up the Indian Arm are out of the transit region, and some homes even in Roche Point and Dollarton face the same problems.

Cons
Roche Point: Leasehold Properties are not ideal for everyone. This means after a certain amount of time (usually 99 years) all developments go back to the first nation community. Dollarton Highway is also a busy road, homes close by could be affected, especially during rush hour. You also have to keep in mind that you are a little far from the heart of North Vancouver.
