Transit and Walkability
The walkability in this part of the North Shore is pretty good! Good for those who live closer to the main roads, because if you dont- you might be on a bit of a walk to get to any bus routes or shops. Busses do run along the main roads frequently.
School
Dorothy Linus School, a French immersion school, and Sherwood Park Elementary feed into Seycove Secondary, where students can continue their education from grade 8 to 12.
Cons
In Dollarton, a lot of homes are either directly on Dollarton Hwy, or a block or two in. Although quiet during the night, this road can become busy, loud, and sometimes even dangerous with cars whipping by. Just something to keep in mind if you have kids who will be crossing or walking by.
