The family-friendly neighbourhoods in the Lynn Valley area of North Vancouver are located with Fromme Mountain to the north, picturesque Lynn Canyon Park and Suspension Bridge to the east, Upper Levels Highway and Mountain Highway to the south and Regent Drive in Princess Park to the west. There is the Karen Magnussen Recreational Centre, named after the famous North Vancouver Olympic skater, which is home to North Vancouver’s only wave pool. There is a children’s area on the first floor with cozy window seating and a teen area on the second floor. The Transit system travels all through the neighbourhood, so every home is no more than a 5-minute walk from a bus stop. Transit lines that pass through connect you to Phibbs Bus Exchange, Lonsdale Quay, and more. You’re also an easy walk to Lynn Valley Centre for most residents.
