Hollyburn Club is a staple for Bristish Properties residents. British Properties is home to a diverse mix of parks that cater to a variety of ages and interests. One of my favorite parks is Ballantree Park - This park has a lovely trail with some very spectacular views that pop up in between the trees occasionally providing breathtaking views. Keep in mind part of the trail does run through private property, the trail is still open to the public for use by all.
Transit and Walkability
Public Transit and walkability are extremely limited in this area, as it is entirely residential and all households have cars. You are just minutes from the Upper Levels Hwy which connects you to the rest of the North Shore and beyond!
Schools
Irwin Park Elementary, Collingwood School (private), Mulgrave School (private), and Sentinel Secondary are all educational institutions located in the Whitby Estates area.
Cons
These homes are frequently fairly spacious, which may be a drawback for those who prefer smaller, easier-to-manage residences. Additionally, because these properties are situated in a heavily populated and developed neighbourhood of West Vancouver, their location may not be perfect for people who want a more suburban or rural setting. The size of these properties may also necessitate a substantial amount of maintenance, which could be expensive and time-consuming for homeowners.
