This neighborhood is entirely residential so there aren't many amenities or points of interest within West Bay, but there are so many amazing things that are just minutes away from the neighborhood! There are numerous parks and green spaces- even public beach access that is tucked in between the blocks that are great places to bring your kids, and your pets, or to go to by yourself! Don’t get too down if you don’t have your own tennis court on your property because there are public courts scattered throughout the neighborhoods! 29th street tennis courts and Benbow park tennis courts to name a few. You'll also be happy to know that there are trails winding through and around these three neighborhoods. It wouldn’t be a real North Shore neighborhood if there wasn’t some sort of trail nearby.
Transit and Walkability
Walkability to services and shops is unattainable due to the seclusion of the area. Marine Drive is the main road that brings you in and out of the neighborhood and connects you to the rest of the North Shore. Here, you are 20 min to Downtown Vancouver and 50 min to YVR.
Schools
Pauline Johnson Elementary (French Immersion), Irwin Park Elementary, and West Vancouver Secondary are all highly regarded schools located in the West Vancouver area, known for their exceptional education programs and dedicated staff.
