Gleneagles

Gleneagles

Gleneagles is an incredible neighborhood located between the Lighthouse Park peninsula and Horseshoe Bay. This is West Coast living at its best.  The homes here form around the cliffs and rocky landscape that they rest on- on the shores of Burrard Inlet, secluded from road traffic on Marine Drive and the Upper Levels Highway. What appeals to residents about living here is its scenic, natural beauty, and remote feeling- even though you are still just a short drive away from the city center!  Stunning views, unique properties, and a real sense of community. What more could you ask for?

Cons

Some people and families find it more difficult to afford to live in West Vancouver's Glen Eagles neighbourhood due to the area's high cost of living. Because of the area's high density of people, it occasionally feels rather crowded. Because of its high topography, the Glen Eagles area might be challenging for some persons to get across on foot or by bicycle. For people without a car, the area's limited public transportation choices may not be very handy. In comparison to other West Vancouver areas, the Glen Eagles neighborhood's property taxes could be higher. In this area, noise pollution might potentially be a problem.
