Road access to there neighborhoods is through Marine Drive. The walkability in this neighborhood is poor as there are no shops or services withing walking or biking distance. You are just minutes from the Upper Levels Hwy- connecting you to the rest of the North Shore!
Schools
Eagle Harbour Elementary and Rockridge Secondary are two highly regarded schools located in the West Vancouver area known for their strong academic programs and dedicated staff.
Cons
You'll be further from amenities like services, stores, and possibly even hospitals, so keep that in mind. The fact that it can take 20 to 25 minutes to get to the hospital, depending on traffic, may worry some people. The fact that there are only two roads leading into and out of the neighbourhoods should also be considered. There might only be one depending on where you reside! Although it's uncommon, if a tree falls or one of the roads closes, there's a potential you could get stuck in the neighbourhood or be unable to get home.
