Harbourside

Located South of Marine Drive and just minutes from the Lions Gate Bridge, this area is comprised mainly of one-level ranchers built post World War II to accommodate hundreds of workers at the nearby shipyards. Hamilton is a unique area; a mix of residential homes, mainly townhouses and apartments, businesses and recreation. It is located to the North and South of Marine Drive and even meets the ocean at the bottom. Many of the strata properties are sought after for their convenient location which is within walking distance of amenities and transportation.

One of the biggest complaints people have with this area is the noise. Being close to the sea span shipyards, it’s not uncommon to hear people hustling around on Fridays, and the boats are known to be loud.
