Quiet winding streets, cul-du-sacs, parks, and golf courses. Am I missing something? Probably! There are just too many things to list about what makes this neighbourhoods so great! Located at the base of Seymour Mountain and East of the Second Narrows Bridge in the District of North Vancouver, Windsor Park is very sought after neighborhoods - and for good reason! Windsor Park, located on the south side of Mount Seymour Parkway is a flatter area. Windsor Park is a lovely quiet community located halfway between the Seymour River and Deep Cove. Homes in this neighbourhood were built between the 60s–80s and some enjoy views of Burrard Inlet.

Transit and Walkability

Mount Seymour Parkway can bring you straight onto the highway in a matter of minutes or put you directly on the Iron Workers Bridge. Your driving time downtown is 20 minutes, 25 minutes to Park Royal Centre, and 45 minutes to the airport. There is a bus that runs all along the parkway which brings you straight to Capilano University or Phibbs Bus Exchange which connects you to the whole rest of Greater Vancouver. You’re never more than an 8-minute walk to a bus stop in this area.

School

Blueridge and Seymour Heights Elementary as well as Dorothy Lynas French Immersion School + Windsor Secondary (grade 8-12)

Cons

- Bridge traffic interrupting commute - not as sunny - is primarily a residential area, so job opportunities within the neighborhood may be limited. Many residents commute to other parts of the Greater Vancouver area for work. - fewer choices when compared to larger, more urban neighborhoods.
