Tempe is the newest and one of the smallest neighbourhoods in the City of North Vancouver and just South East of it is Princess Park. This is a charming, entirely residential area with quiet streets and beautiful parks. Located between Upper Lonsdale and Lynn Valley, Offering its residents the perks and amenities of both neighborhoods! Which includes shopping centers, parks, grocery stores, and restaurants! Despite being up on a hill, most of the streets in this neighborhood are relatively flat and a safe place for kids to play.

For those travelling by car, you are a 20-min drive to Downtown, a 45-min drive to YVR, and a 3-minute drive to the highway.

School

Carisbrooke Elementary and Boundary Elementary are elementary schools in North Vancouver, while Argyle Secondary is a secondary school (grade 8-12) that serves the same area and provides a continuation of education for students from these elementary schools.

Cons

Some commuters find it challenging to get around because of the lack of public transit options, excessive traffic during rush hours, and other issues. Furthermore, the region is subject to excessive rains, which can result in floods and cause road closures, making it difficult for locals to get around. Additionally, the local housing market is cutthroat.
