Tempe is the newest and one of the smallest neighbourhoods in the City of North Vancouver and just South East of it is Princess Park. This is a charming, entirely residential area with quiet streets and beautiful parks. Carisbrooke Elementary and Boundary Elementary are elementary schools in North Vancouver, while Argyle Secondary is a secondary school (grade 8-12) that serves the same area and provides a continuation of education for students from these elementary schools.
Cons
Some commuters find it challenging to get around because of the lack of public transit options, excessive traffic during rush hours, and other issues. Furthermore, the region is subject to excessive rains, which can result in floods and cause road closures, making it difficult for locals to get around. Additionally, the local housing market is cutthroat.
