Inter River Park is an expansive green space with multiple soccer fields, baseball diamonds, grassy areas, and even a bike park. If riding bikes isn’t your thing, you can always try a horse. The North Shore Equestrian Centre is located off of Lillooet road and offers boarding, leasing, lessons, and trail riding for North Vancouver residents. Seymour is home to the Seymour Demonstration Forest. Or as locals call it: the “Demo Forest”. This is an impressive 12-kilometre stretch of road that is car-free heaven. Bring your bike or your best street runners and follow this windy road through the beautiful BC Forest. It’s a real challenge too as it’s not entirely flat and there are some long hills you’ll have to climb, cycling enthusiasts and runners come from all over to enjoy this spect

Cons

Compared to more urban locations, Seymour offers fewer food and shopping alternatives. It might also be more difficult to move around without a car because public transportation options are less regular. The region can also be rather mountainous, which might be difficult for persons who like a more level landscape, and some people might find the region's more frequent rainstorms to be a drawback.
