Lynnmour is known for being home to Capilano University and some incredible outdoor spaces. Transit and Walkability
Transit and walkability are made easy in this neighbourhood because you are right by Phibbs Bus Exchange. This connects you to the whole rest of the North Shore, as well as districts over the bridge. By car, you are about 10 minutes or less from Lonsdale, 2 minutes from the highway and bridge, 25 to downtown, and about 45 to the airport.
School
Lynnmour Elementary and Seymour Heights Elementary feed into Windsor Secondary, a school offering education for grades 8 to 12.

the area can be quite noisy and congested due to its proximity to a major highway.
