Delbrook

Delbrook

Delbrook is considered a separate neighbourhood east of Mosquito Creek. It is home to many mid-century post-and-beam houses built in the 1950s and 1960s, some of which are now being restored thanks to a resurgence in all things mid-century modern. You will find that almost all of the residents here are detached houses. The lots here are generous. Some as big as 20,000 sqft! But the majority are around 9,500 sqft- still pretty big! Homes here are also large, with the average size being 4,000 sqft. Delbrook is definitely a family oriented neighborhood. It is home to a lot of long-term residents- many of which have been here for decades!
