Cons
The high cost of living in the neighbourhood, where housing costs and rent are much higher than in other areas of West Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver area, is one of the main problems. Due to this, it may be challenging for those on a tight budget to obtain cheap homes. Additionally, particularly on weekends and at peak hours, the area may be quite crowded and noisy. For those who want a quiet neighbourhood, this may be bothersome.
