The area is situated on a high hill, making it challenging for certain people to get around and possibly unsuitable for those with mobility concerns. Additionally, there is little parking and excessive traffic in the region, which can make it difficult for locals to get around. Additionally, as it is mostly a residential region with few facilities and entertainment.
