Built in the post war era, Calverhall is a neighborhood located in a little pocket just east of Grand Boulevard and on the North and South side of Keith Road. One of the great things about Calverhall is that it’s central to everything you need and has so much to offer in a small area! Schools like Brooksbank Elementary and Sutherland Secondary are within walking distance from a lot of the homes, Park and Tilford shopping center is just down the hill, and you can find numerous parks and even a trail that are all just steps away! Consisting of commercial and primarily detached homes. This post war era neighborhood, is located in a little pocket just east of Grand Boulevard and on the North and South side of Keith Road. This neighborhood has a good mix of younger and older families. many with backyard lane access! Situated on a slight hill, quite a few of the homes in the northern end of this neighborhood have views of the Burrard Inlet.

The neighbourhood even offers a dog-friendly trail that winds through Keith Lynn Park. One of the best parks is Bridgeman park, the perfect park to go for a walk with fido or a morning run along Lynn Creek. There is a playground for the kids. Calverhall has a vast amount of trains. From the spirit trail or head to inter river park.

You are about a 10-minute drive to Capilano mall, 20 minutes to Downtown, and 35 minutes to the airport. Walking distance to the Spirit Trail which spans 35km of greenway and extends from Horseshoe Bay all the way to Deep Cove.

School

Brooksbank Elementary and Sutherland Secondary, located in North Vancouver, offer a comprehensive education for students from grades K to 12.

Cons

Property prices and rent in the area can be quite high, making it difficult for some people to afford to live there. Additionally, traffic can be a problem in Calverhall during rush hour, making it more difficult for people to get around. The area can also be prone to landslides and flooding, which can be a concern for homeowners. Calverhall is close to Neptune Terminals which comes with lots of noise and dust particles in the air. The Grain Silos and the CN Rail Tracks are close by as well, which are both notorious for being loud. You also have to consider the traffic. When Kieth Road backs up, it essentially traps Calverhall.
