The Most famous park in these parts is Moodyville park. Featuring a dog park, a Kid's park, and a great basketball court. Park & Tilford shopping center is just down the hill, and you can find numerous parks and even a trail that is all just steps away. It’s really got everything you need. A large grocery store, various restaurants, cafes, and shops. Within Calverhall itself there are six parks. From small local playgrounds, soccer fields, baseball diamonds, and tennis courts. The neighbourhood even offers a dog-friendly trail that winds through Keith Lynn Park. One of the best parks is Bridgeman park, the perfect park to go for a walk with fido or a morning run along Lynn Creek. There is a playground for the kids. Calverhall has a vast amount of trains. From the spirit trail or head to inter river park.

Queensbury is minutes away from Lonsdale- the heart of North Van. You can walk to parks and bus stops which can connect you to the rest of the North Shore! You are 5-10 mins to the Iron Workers Bridge, 20 mins to Downtown, and 45 to YVR.

Schools

Ridgeway Elementary and Sutherland Secondary are two highly reputable educational institutions in the area, providing students with a strong foundation in primary and secondary education, respectively, and preparing them for success in higher education and beyond.

Cons

Queensbury in North Vancouver is a densely populated neighbourhood that is surrounded by urban development. Some of the cons of living in this area include limited green spaces, heavy traffic and congestion on roads, lack of privacy due to close proximity to neighbours, and limited parking. Additionally, it can be more expensive to live in Queensbury compared to other areas in North Vancouver, due to its central location and high demand for housing.
