Blueridge NV

Blueridge

Quiet winding streets, cul-du-sacs, parks, and golf courses. Am I missing something? Probably! There are just too many things to list about what makes these three neighbourhoods so great! Located at the base of Seymour Mountain and East of the Second Narrows Bridge in the District of North Vancouver, Blueridge is very sought after neighborhoods - and for good reason! Blueridge is an ultra-friendly mountainside community comprising mostly single family homes and is strictly residential- aside from the local schools. This is a top choice for families with kids and active lifestyles! Blueridge was developed in the 1960’s and most of the original homes from then still stand! Located on the flank of Mount Seymour, it offers gently climbing roads and a broad plateau near the top.

Cons

Particularly during rush hours and when participating in activities like hiking or skiing, traffic and parking might be a challenge. Due to strong rains, the region might also be vulnerable to landslides and flooding. Furthermore, there aren't many options for public transit, which might make it challenging for people without cars to move around. Overall, despite the fact that Blue Ridge has many advantages, it is crucial to consider the drawbacks before settling there.
